EPISODE 3 - Alice in Frames says EAT MORE VEG (sdg12, 13, 14, 15)

Author of 'In Praise of Veg'

Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Bunurong Country

Alice wants us to eat more veg!

They're good for us, our planet + come in their own packaging!

Filling our plates with local, seasonal fruits + veggies reduces the resources taken to grow, transport + store our foods.

Alice makes Slatts a ‘Jalad’ (Jar Salad) a  delicious plant-filled lunch to take to work.

Slatts asks Alice, “…why would I make my own delicious, well-priced, healthy salad-in-a-jar and take it to work, when I can buy expensive, processed takeaway wrapped in packaging headed for landfill??”

Enough said!

Try making a meal with veggies as the hero.

Look for the easter egg (a hidden message) in this episode.

(Hint, it also pops up in James + Georgia All-Electric Allston ep#5 in Tasmania.)
